Wolfberry Gin

To mark the 500th anniversary of Sedbergh School in 2025, Sedbergh School Foundation has collaborated with Three Wren’s Distillery in Cheshire to produce an aromatic flavoured Christmas gin, Wolfberry Gin. 
 
The botanicals chosen for this flavoured gin include gorse and bilberry to evoke the senses of the Howgill Fells, with wolfberries in honour of our founder, Roger Lupton, whose name is derived from the latin for wolf, and hibiscus to enhance the flavours of the fruit. 
 
The warm flavours of this gin make it a wonderful addition to every Sedberghian’s Christmas drinks cabinet with opportunities to use the gin as a base for cocktails, or to pair it with a fruity tonic to appreciate the full breadth of flavour.
